This facility is part of RadiusDC's Plainfield Campus in Indianapolis.
Located on a 12-acre plot in the Trinity Hills neighborhood, the completed data center will cover 102,500 square feet (9,500 square meters) by 2026.
It is easy to confuse the 2 at first glance, 55 Marietta (which is across the street) from its more famous neighbor, 56 Marietta
The site was formerly managed by Telefonica until Nabiax acquired it in 2020. On 13 June 2023, Nabiax sold its American-based data centers to the investment fund Actis.
In 2022, RadiusDC acquired the 1500 Champa building located in Denver, Colorado. 1500 Champa is a three-story building with approximately 138,000 square feet of data center and office space.
