Indy I is the first of two matching single-story edge data centers on RadiusDC's Plainfield campus. It stands on the 16.1-acre east lot at 9323 AllPoints Parkway, with a screened electrical yard on its east side.

Indy II is the second of two matching single-story edge data centers on RadiusDC's Plainfield campus. It stands on the 14.8-acre west lot at 9057 AllPoints Parkway, next to Smith Road.

Located on a 12-acre plot in the Trinity Hills neighborhood, the completed data center will cover 102,500 square feet (9,500 square meters) by 2026.

The site was formerly managed by Telefonica until Nabiax acquired it in 2020. On 13 June 2023, Nabiax sold its American-based data centers to the investment fund Actis.

RadiusDC Raleigh I is a proposed facility in southeast Raleigh, North Carolina, developed by Edge operator RadiusDC. Its annexation request was withdrawn in 2026 amid community opposition, though the developer says the project remains active.

It is easy to confuse the 2 at first glance, 55 Marietta (which is across the street) from its more famous neighbor, 56 Marietta

In 2022, RadiusDC acquired the 1500 Champa building located in Denver, Colorado. 1500 Champa is a three-story building with approximately 138,000 square feet of data center and office space.
