Novva Data Centers, a US operator, has purchased nearly 205 acres within the North Las Vegas Apex Industrial Park from VanTrust Real Estate.
The third building of Novva’s West Jordan campus stands as a massive 318,000-square-foot (29,543-square-meter) facility.
Novva’s newest purpose-built data center is located at 6115 Nicco Way, Las Vegas.
Covering 160 acres, Novva’s first Arizona Data Center campus is located in Mesa, AZ. The campus includes five data halls, 1.3 million sq ft of data hall space, and 200,000 square feet of office space built over 2 phases.
The facility includes six data halls across 300,000 sq ft (28,870 sqm) and a dedicated on-site 100MW N+1 substation from NV Energy.
The campus plan involves constructing four buildings with a total investment of $1 billion. The first phase, launched in 2023, features a 300,000-square-foot building.
Novva plans to invest $500 million in developing a San Francisco campus on the site at 400 Paul Avenue, with the first phase launching in the summer of 2026.
Phase Two of Novva’s West Jordan Campus project began construction in December 2023. It includes the campus’s second building, which measures 318,000 square feet (29,543 square meters).
