KatloTech Communications Ltd. is a 100% Indigenous-owned, Dene-led technology company headquartered in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, delivering broadband, wireless, and satellite IT solutions to residential, commercial, and First Nation government clients throughout the North. Founded and led by CEO Lyle Fabian, the company is expanding beyond its core ISP business into infrastructure development, pursuing the IceFox Data Center on K'atl'odeeche First Nation land near Hay River alongside a 329km open-access fiber route connecting to High Level, Alberta. Strategic technology partners include Ciena, Lenovo, and NVIDIA, while Noramco has both a technology partnership and an investment stake in the fiber project.
IceFox Data Center is KatloTech's proposed modular, hydro-powered campus on K'atl'odeeche First Nation land near Hay River, NT. Built on a former radar site, it would use a snow-cell cooling system and connect to KatloTech's planned fiber route south to Alberta.
