Built for Marshfield Clinic and online since 2010, it was acquired by Aventus Data Centers (a division of Vincent Companies) in 2023 and offers carrier-neutral colocation roughly midway between Minneapolis and Milwaukee.
Aventus Lakes is a Tier III, SOC 2 Type 2 colocation facility in the Granville Station area of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in a 26,432 sq ft building-in-a-building masonry structure on 1.53 acres. In data-center use since ~2007 (formerly VCPI/Agility Colo) and acquired by Aventus Data Centers (a division of Vincent Companies) in 2022, it offers single-cabinet, cage, and private-suite colocation.
