The Mäntsälä campus is a ground-up Verne development at Gneissitie 3, approximately 40 minutes from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The project will be built in stages and is designed for hyperscalers, neoclouds and enterprises running dense AI, machine-learning and HPC infrastructure. Municipal plans provide for a main data centre, an on-site electrical substation, backup-power buildings and cooling-related structures.
