atNorth Signs YIT Contract For Additional Data Center Building In Finland

atNorth is expanding its FIN04 data center campus in Myllykoski, Kouvola, Finland, with a new building called FIN04A1. The company has appointed YIT as the main contractor, responsible for construction and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works. YIT was also selected to build another campus facility in July 2026. The contract value and construction timeline have not been disclosed.

AtNorth filed plans in February 2026 to add three buildings to its FIN04 campus in Kouvola. Originally planned for 60MW, the site now targets up to 430MW, with potential for several hundred more. Two buildings were nearing completion in March 2026. YIT, a Finnish construction firm, is handling construction work.
