The data business runs at roughly 13 MW today, with 5 MW locked with BC Hydro and plans for a further 5 to 8 MW. A 2.35 MW powered shell sits on the 6th floor of the Spencer Building, with a new meet-me room one floor below.
Cologix and eStruxture are the two largest tenants in the tower. Parent entity is Polaris Realty (Canada) Limited, with a Montreal head office.
