Site planned for 2027 and has expansions through 2028

ValorC3, a data center operator owned by CVC DIF, has secured a credit facility from Apterra Infrastructure Capital to finance its ongoing greenfield data center project in Boise, Idaho. The newly built-to-suit facility is backed by a long-term lease with a prominent, Fortune 50 hyperscale technology company.

Originally founded in 2008 as Tonaquint, ValorC3 has expanded its footprint through strategic acquisitions, including Fiberpipe Data Centers in Boise and EdgeX Data Centers in Oklahoma City, and currently operates digital infrastructure facilities across Utah, Oklahoma, and Idaho.
