US data center firm Tonaquint announced this week that it has rebranded to ValorC3 Data Centers, saying the move aligns with its focus to expand colocation, cloud, and connectivity services across the US.
“Technology is advancing at lightning speed – and so are we,” said Jim Buie, CEO of ValorC3. “With the unveiling of ValorC3, we’re evolving to help our clients thrive in the data-driven age of AI. ValorC3 is a trusted, innovative partner that delivers scalable infrastructure needed to meet the high demands of modern compute. We understand industry-specific challenges and complexities enterprise leaders face, and we are ready to empower clients to conquer change with confidence and come out ahead of the competition every time.”
Tonaquint was founded in 2008 in Utah as a subsidiary of local developer Kay H. Traveller; DIF Capital Partners (now CVC DIF) acquired the company at the start of 2023. The company took over its facility in Oklahoma City with the acquisition of EdgeX Data Centers in 2023; it acquired the Boise location after buying Fiberpipe Data Centers in 2020.
