Techno Digital is developing a phased, AI-focused hyperscale data center in Noida to support large-scale GPU and AI workloads for corporate, hyperscale, and government clients in the National Capital Region (NCR). The facility is designed to Uptime Institute Tier III standards, providing a 99.982% uptime specification.

Technically, the data center will support high-density configurations of up to 200 kW per rack, utilizing hot/cold aisle containment and liquid-ready cooling deployments. The project incorporates approximately 90% LEED-certified materials with a target of achieving LEED Gold certification alongside renewable energy integration. Structurally, the Noida facility will connect directly into Techno Digital’s broader network of over 102 edge data centers across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities.
