Stockland has filed a planning permit application to develop a data center campus in Laverton, Melbourne. The proposed project will feature two two-story facilities built on a site currently occupied by a 20,000-square-meter warehouse, which Stockland acquired from Toll Transport in 2025 for AU$35.5 million.
