Soluna: Project Rosa

Lot Size: 60 acres

In February 2025, Soluna Holdings, a provider of crypto and high-performance computing (HPC) data centers, completed the acquisition of a 60-acre plot in Texas to build its latest data center. This facility, designated "Project Rosa," will support Bitcoin mining operations and demanding artificial intelligence computations.

Plans for this acquisition were initially disclosed in October. The implementation of Project Rosa is planned in two distinct phases.
