Spanning 135 acres, the project, coordinated alongside Vaughn Property Group, will feature six buildings, each totaling 360,000 square feet. The site was officially secured in early 2025 through Serverfarm’s affiliate, SF ARK1 LLC, to facilitate this massive multi-building development.
