Serverfarm is moving forward with an $8 billion data center campus in Clarksville, Johnson County. Spanning 135 acres, the project, coordinated alongside Vaughn Property Group, will feature six buildings, each totaling 360,000 square feet. The site was officially secured in early 2025 through Serverfarm’s affiliate, SF ARK1 LLC, to facilitate this massive multi-building development.

The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Red Sea Group, a global investment company that develops real estate assets around the world, including hotels, residential developments, and data centers.
