US data center company Serverfarm has increased its existing revolving credit facility to $3.89 billion after securing an additional $895 million. The funding, secured last month, will support Serverfarm’s North American data center projects, including campuses in Houston, Texas, Clarksville, Arkansas, Atlanta and Georgia.

"This $3.89 billion credit facility strengthens the capital foundation behind our development pipeline across North America at a time when speed, reliability, and execution matter most to our customers," said Avner Papouchado, CEO of Serverfarm. "Having readily available capital enhances our ability to deliver the infrastructure our customers need while continuing to scale responsibly across our key markets."

The credit facility is backed by 22 banks and one institutional lender.
Founded in 2009 by real estate developer Red Sea Group, Serverfarm was acquired by Manulife in 2023. The company operates 11 data center campuses across the US, including sites in Houston, Clarksville, Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, Northern Virginia, and Los Angeles, as well as one in Toronto. It also operates three international sites in Amsterdam, London, and Tel Aviv.
