Serverfarm has topped out the first building at its new data center campus in Clarksville, Arkansas. CEO Avner Papouchado said the company is committed to the area and aims to be a long-term community partner. The two-story ARK1 facility will offer 108MW of capacity across 300,000 sq ft (27,870 sqm).

The completed Clarksville campus will comprise four buildings totaling 1.2 million sq ft (111,485 sqm) and 432MW. Serverfarm is working with Yates Construction, Nabholz Construction, and Eutaw Construction Company on the project, first reported last year.

Founded in 2009 by Red Sea Group, Serverfarm was acquired by Manulife in 2023. It operates 11 data center campuses across North America and three additional sites in Amsterdam, London, and Tel Aviv.
