Data center powered land provider Cloverleaf Infrastructure is building a massive new campus in Georgia called the Rumble Technology Campus. The project, which was originally proposed in September 2024 by Data Core Innovations, will feature 12 buildings and span 4.2 million square feet.

Initially, Data Core Innovations filed to develop the 900-acre site in Monroe County. After receiving approval from the county's board of commissioners to rezone the land from agricultural to industrial in November 2024, the project was set to begin construction in late 2025 or early 2026. The plan was to launch the first building by 2028, with the entire $1.2 billion campus being completed in phases by 2038 or 2039.

Cloverleaf Infrastructure has since taken over the development. While the total planned data center space remains the same, the company is seeking to expand the campus by acquiring an additional 325 acres. This extra land will allow them to spread out the data centers and protect the wetlands on the site.
