Red Wolf DCD: Project Splice

Red Wolf DCD Properties LLC has unveiled plans for Project Splice, a massive $6 billion technology campus in Crisp County, south-central Georgia, just outside Cordele. The proposed "technology campus" will feature multiple buildings, a dedicated substation, and comprehensive utility infrastructure. The expansive project includes seven individual buildings, each measuring 300,000 square feet (27,870 sqm), resulting in a total footprint of 2.1 million square feet (195,096 sqm).

The construction is anticipated to roll out in three stages: Phase I is targeted for completion in 2029, Phase II in 2031, and the final Phase III in 2033.
