Site history

Previously, Atlas Development LLC had proposed a $17 billion, 832-acre data center campus for the site, located near Newnan, Georgia. The original Project Sail was to include 13 data halls, each 378,000 square feet, totaling 4.9 million square feet, with a projected completion date of 2036. The site is located 45 miles south of Atlanta in Coweta County.
