Project Azalea is a $1 billion data center campus situated on 200 acres in McDuffie County Georgia near the city of Thomson. The development consists of six buildings with a total footprint of approximately 1.5 million square feet.

The project is linked to Project Turbo LLC and is designed to support high density computing and cloud services. While located near existing infrastructure the campus will require significant utility upgrades as current supply is insufficient to serve the full project. Site plans include the construction of an on-site substation and a fleet of backup generators. Project Azalea received local approval in March 2026 and is expected to be completed in 2029.
