Princeton Nurseries Data Center

The owner of the Princeton Nurseries site in New Jersey is seeking to develop a 340,985 sq ft (31,678 sqm) data center. This data center is part of a larger redevelopment plan for the 160-acre plot.

WRV Nurseries South Brunswick LLC has submitted an application for the data center, which includes plans for parking and other necessary facilities. If approved, the data center will be situated within the OC Office Corporate Zone of the Princeton Nurseries Redevelopment Area.
