Building

A purpose-built data center at 700 College Road East in the Princeton Forrestal Center, Plainsboro Township (Princeton mailing address), roughly 178,000 sq ft on a 17.7-acre lot, constructed in 1989 for a major financial institution. United Integrity Advisors markets the facility as United Integrity Data Centers - Princeton, with design flexibility for increased densities in N+1 configurations. Multiple cabinet density configurations are available from 8 kW to 100 kW per rack, in custom air-cooled or liquid-cooled deployments. The lot has capacity for future physical expansion.

Power infrastructure

The site is served underground by two independent 13.2 kV lines from separate substations, Plainsboro and Penns Neck, with one line contracted today and significant 69 kV capacity available for future growth. On-site emergency generation backs the entire facility at N+1, and two modular UPS plants (installed 2008 and 2009) with static transfer switches on each side are immediately available. A 4-inch behind-the-meter natural gas line gives the site fuel-cell capability.

Cooling

Chilled-water evaporative cooling powered by four 900-ton York chillers and three 900-ton Marley cooling towers. The water-cooled plant runs an economizer mode through plate-and-frame heat exchangers at wet-bulb temperatures under 39.5 F. The chilled-water plant includes redundant chiller loops and redundant pumps.

Connectivity

Significant existing lit-carrier ecosystem with diverse paths and multiple points of entry, with proximity to local data lakes. Lit carriers include Crown Castle, ExteNet, Lumen, Zayo, Comcast, Lightpath, and Verizon, among others.
