Nebius, an AI infrastructure company, has partnered with DataOne to construct a massive data center in Vineland, New Jersey. Leveraging DataOne's specialized expertise alongside Nebius's proprietary design, the first phase of the state-of-the-art facility was completed in an exceptionally fast 20 weeks.

Starting in late 2025, Nebius will provide dedicated GPU infrastructure capacity for Microsoft at the new data center.
