DataOne and Nebius are teaming up to build a massive, AI-focused data center in Vineland, New Jersey. The first phase is operational and features on-site power generation to lessen reliance on the local grid, as well as heat recovery and energy-efficient cooling.

This New Jersey development aligns with the companies' strategy of creating data centers optimized for high-density computing, offering rack capacities from 60kW to 500kW.
