Nebius: Pennsylvania

Site planned for 2027 and has expansions through 2030

Neocloud provider Nebius announced plans to construct its second US gigawatt-scale data center campus in Pennsylvania.

The company plans to turn the lights on by the end of 2027 with an initial phase of development, subsequently adding predictable increments of power each year. Driven by massive demand, including a five-year, $27 billion agreement with Meta, and a record pipeline where multiple customers compete for every online GPU, Nebius has ramped up its 2026 capex forecast to $20bn–$25bn.
