NDC Paris 1, also known as NDC Vélizy, is a Nation Data Center facility under construction in Vélizy-Villacoublay, within the Île-de-France region west of Paris. Developed by Altarea and designed by Silvio d'Ascia Architecture with Egis, the facility will provide 2,268 m² of IT space with capacity for up to 1,152 racks. It is designed for conventional and high-density AI/HPC deployments, with cooling configurable from air-based systems through to direct liquid cooling. The development forms part of a mixed-use urban project alongside a 365-unit student residence, with waste heat from the data center planned for recovery through Vélizy's district heating network.
