The Appeal Digital Park is a proposed data center campus located on a 133-acre site in Lusby, Maryland. Developed by Natelli Holdings, the project features a master-planned design consisting of four primary buildings totaling approximately 800,000 square feet of state-of-the-art infrastructure.
Beyond its technological contributions to cloud computing and AI, the project is structured as a community-integrated development; Natelli has committed $30 million to construct a regional park for Calvert County on an adjacent property.
