Meta Platforms Inc., through its subsidiary Jimnist LLC, has acquired over 200 acres of land in Rosemount located along County Road 42 and Blaine Avenue in February 2025. The $70 million purchase consisted of two parcels: one for $26.68 million and another for $43.32 million.
While Meta currently has no specific development plans for the property, the company made the acquisition proactively to accommodate potential future business needs.
