KDC SGP 1 consists of a six-storey data centre main building and an adjoining five-storey annexe infrastructure building. The main building was originally built in the 1990s and converted for use as a data centre in 2001, followed by major retrofitting works between 2011 and 2013 to further upgrade the data centre specifications.
