Located in the Iskandar Halal Park in Pasir Gudang, RCJM1 is Racks Central’s flagship hyperscale greenfield development in Johor, designed to serve as a high-performance "AI factory." The facility is built on a five-acre plot and is engineered as a high-power-density site specifically focused on supporting dense GPU clusters and AI training workloads.

To handle these intense thermal requirements, the building is "liquid-ready," supporting advanced rack densities. Scheduled to be Ready For Service (RFS) by Q4 2026, RCJM1 acts as the launch point for a larger regional "AI Corridor," featuring four fully diverse fiber lead-ins that provide sub-millisecond, low-latency connectivity back to the company’s core hub in Singapore.
