Real estate firm JLL received unanimous approval for its 'Project Hydroscale' data center development in Genesee County, New York. The project involves a 45-acre campus with two 450,000-square-foot data centers. Upon completion, the project is expected to create around 60 new full-time jobs and be leased to clients for 20 years, focusing on AI technology advancement.
