JLL is looking to sell a plot of land outside Chicago, Illinois. The land is being touted for data center development. JLL’s Regional Director, Sean Reynolds, posted on LinkedIn about the land. He said: “Looking for a Chicago area data center development site with quick access to 50 megawatts?”
The land in question is located at 711 Ogden Avenue in Lisle, DuPage County. The 18-acre site features a 1,100 square meter (12,000 square feet) single-story building. JLL didn’t specify the asking price for the property. However, it was previously on sale for $6.8m.
