INET IDC3, a data center operated by the Thai firm INET, is situated in Kang Khoi, Saraburi Province. Currently, it features 1,900 square meters (20,450 sq ft) of data hall space, with plans to expand by an additional 3,600 square meters (38,750 sq ft).

INET Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (INETREIT) invested in IDC3's Phase 1, which has been operational since 2018, and Phase 2, which commenced operations in 2022.

INET intends to launch IDC3 Phase 3 in Khon Kaen, with an estimated investment of 2 billion baht.

INET was established jointly by the Communications Authority of Thailand (CAT), TOT Corporation Public Company Limited and the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and has continuously expanded its operations ever since.

  • March 1995 Internet Thailand Service Center (ITSC) was established to offer the first commercial Internet connection to the general public.
  • October 1997, the center was changed to a state enterprise under the name Internet Thailand Co Ltd.
  • November 2001, INET shook off state enterprise status by listing the company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and selling shares to the public via electronic IPO
