Google subsidiary Pearl Computing Malaysia will lease a data center from Sime Darby Property in a major real estate deal. Sime's subsidiary SDP EBP II will develop the 77-acre facility at Elmina Business Park in Klang Valley near Kuala Lumpur. The project completion is targeted for December 2027.

The initial 20-year lease includes two 5-year extension options. Expected rental income over the initial term is RM5.6 billion ($1.25bn). Pearl Computing is owned by Raiden APAC Pte. Ltd.
