Fleet Data Centers has officially broken ground on its maiden project, a facility situated on 256 acres within Tract’s Peru Shelf Technology Park inside the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center (TRIC) in Storey County, Nevada.

Backed by horizontal infrastructure from Tract and supported by NV Energy's utility pipeline, the mega-scale development has been 100% pre-leased to an unnamed $3 trillion hyperscale tenant under a 197-month triple-net lease. The project marks a major milestone for the Reno-area digital infrastructure market, transforming pre-zoned acreage into a fully customized, high-density single-user AI campus.
