A $500 million, 750,000-square-foot data center may be built in Fairview Township, Pennsylvania. In June 2025, the Fairview Township Board of Supervisors, the governing body for a township southwest of Harrisburg, approved a zoning change that allows for data center development as a conditional use. According to Fairview Crossroads LLC, the project would generate over $6 million in annual tax revenue for the township.
