DEEP, launched by POST Luxembourg Group on June 2024, unified the ICT and B2B telecom services of EBRC, Elgon S.A., Digora Luxembourg, and POST Telecom for Business. The full legal merger and operational transition to the DEEP brand finalized on December 31, 2024.

EBRC, founded in 2000, specialized in business continuity, operating three data centers in Luxembourg, including two in Luxembourg City and one in Windhof, built in 2006. Digora, specializing in data management and IT infrastructure, became a subsidiary of POST Luxembourg Group via EBRC in 2017. Elgon, a Microsoft Cloud expert, became fully owned by POST in 2019.

DEEP offers colocation, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed services through its Luxembourg-based data centers, benefiting from Luxembourg's robust carrier hotel and strategic central European location.
