The DC BLOX data center is built on the 27-acre, former Trinity Steel site in downtown Birmingham. The first phase which was built in 2019 has 31,000 sqft of space.

The company has completed a redesign of its data hall at the facility in 2024 so that it can house up to 240 standard retail cabinets and 36 HPC-capable cabinets, each supporting up to 35kW of power. The work has added an additional IT capacity of 2.4MW to the data center.
