CyrusOne is developing a two-phase hyperscale data center campus adjacent to Calpine's Freestone Energy Center in Freestone County, Texas, approximately 80 miles southeast of Dallas.

Calpine LLC, a business unit of Constellation Energy, supplies power, grid connectivity, and site infrastructure for Phase 1 under a Powered Land Capabilities agreement, with an exclusive option for a further capacity boost in Phase 2. The campus operates within the ERCOT grid and is co-located adjacent to an existing natural gas combined-cycle plant on a 506-acre site near Fairfield.
