Amazon Web Services (AWS) operates a data center on the former Hewlett-Packard campus at Amen Corner Business Park, Cain Road, Binfield, Bracknell (RG12 1HN). Bracknell Forest Council approved the scheme (application 21/00239/FUL) as a single-storey building with four data halls (~93,500 sq ft), built by McLaren Construction to replace HP's two 1990s data centers. Amazon Data Services UK holds the site's environmental permit (EPR/FP3900LE), covering 11 standby generators (~27 MW total IT load). Phase 1 has been operational since 2023.
