The campus is situated on a 127-acre plot west of Bombing Range Road, approximately one mile south of the Highway 730 and Interstate 84 interchange. The project includes four single-story data center buildings, each measuring an impressive 215,461 square feet (20,000 square meters). In addition to these main structures, the site features a water industrial treatment building, water storage tanks, a security building, and a 14,000 square foot (1,300 square meter) data storage building.
AWS partnered with Yost Grube Hall Architecture for the design and construction of the data center campus, including the security building and water treatment facility.
