Digital Realty's Digital Garland campus sits north of the President George Bush Turnpike in Garland, Texas, between Ferris Road, Holford Road and West Campbell Road.
- Land: Garland approved incentives for a 47.5-acre site in 2018 and later added 16 acres. The first building sits on a 15.1-acre lot south of Ferris Road. The other buildings share the 45.4-acre Digital Garland Land Condominium to the north.
- Ownership: In March 2024 Digital Realty sold a 65% stake in the first building to Mitsubishi Corporation and kept 35%. Digital Realty partnerships hold the condominium units.
- Tenant: The first building is a build-to-suit for an S&P 100 financial-services company, reported as Wells Fargo.
- Utility: Garland Power & Light, the city-owned utility, in ERCOT. A new substation went up on the campus's northeast corner in 2025.
- Incentives: 2024 city agreements include a 20-year, 50% sales-tax rebate and four-year 40% property-tax rebates per building.

Digital Realty Trust is a data center public REIT that owns and operates facilities in the United States and Europe. The company provides colocation and interconnection services and develops large multi‑tenant data centers for enterprise and cloud customers.
Its European platform expanded through the combination with Interxion, and through the purchase of European sites divested by Equinix following Equinix’s acquisition of TelecityGroup. The Telx acquisition added a U.S. interconnection and colocation business to Digital Realty’s portfolio.
Digital Realty Trust History:
