UEM Sunrise and Logos team up for a data center campus in Johor, Malaysia

Real estate firms UEM Sunrise and Logos are partnering for a data center campus in Johor, Malaysia.  According to a new announcement, both companies have signed a  Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Logos Infrastructure Holdco Pte Ltd to exclusively explore the opportunity in developing a best-in-class and innovative data center campus in Gerbang Nusajaya, Johor.

UEM Sunrise CEO, Sufian Abdullah said: "We are capitalizing on our vast landbank in Iskandar Malaysia, and actively seek synergies and opportunities to develop our Industrial segment.
