maincubes one GmbH: Maincubes Plans To Develop Third Facility In Frankfurt and First One In Berlin

Maincubes has revealed its plans to develop another data center in Frankfurt, Germany. It also wants to develop its first data center in Berlin, Germany. Maincubes first announced plans for the FRA02 data center in July 2021. It also broke ground on the data center while scheduling the facility to come online in 2023. Maincubes has now announced its plans for two more data centers in Germany. It will develop its third data center in Frankfurt and a first one in Berlin.
The company announced on LinkedIn that it would be developing the FRA03 data center shortly after starting work on the FRA02 facility. FRA03 is a 290,600 square feet (27,000 square meters) data center which will offer 107,600 square feet (10,000 square meters) of white space across 16 data halls on four floors. The facility will also have 16MW of capacity. According to Maincubes, FRA03 will have a PUE lower than 1.3 while using 100% green energy. The facility is scheduled to be in operation by 2024.
