Colovore has filed plans for Colovore Alliance, a 156,500 sq ft (14,540 sqm) data center in Fort Worth, Texas. The $430m facility will be built on vacant land at 14700 Heritage Parkway, with construction scheduled from December 2026 to December 2028.
The landowner is listed as AIL Investment LP, likely affiliated with Hillwood Properties. Colovore also plans two Dallas-area facilities: the 44.8MW DFW01 in Mesquite and 32MW DFW02 in Fort Worth. Founded in 2013, Colovore specializes in liquid-cooled, high-density data centers. Its first 24,000 sq ft facility opened in Santa Clara in 2014, followed by a second nearby facility in 2024.
Colovore was acquired by investment firm King Street in 2024 and later announced expansion plans in Nevada and Illinois. The company is also planning a data center in Hutto, Texas, with additional projects reportedly planned across Virginia, Texas, New Jersey, Illinois, Georgia, California, and Washington.
