Cologix and CIM Group have entered a Joint Venture (JV), which will see them develop, construct and operate a new data center located in Markham, near downtown Toronto. The facility, namely TOR4, will be a 50K SQFT purpose-built data center.
The new build will have a capacity of 15 MW and will be based near CIM Group’s 105 Clegg data center, spanning 50,000 sqft (4,650 sqm). This development follows Cologix’s announcement last month that it would operate its hyperscale facilities under the name Scalelogix. This new facility is the seventh in Scalelogix's portfolio.
