AIC Partners with Romania’s ClusterPower on 800MW Data Center Build-out

Data center investment company Accelerated Infrastructure Capital (AIC) is partnering with Romanian operator ClusterPower for a new campus, announcing an equity partnership agreement to co-develop a new 800MW AI data center region in southwestern Romania.

“ClusterPower brings the secured land and power to the partnership and its established and operational existing facilities, including an owned onsite substation and onsite power generation. AIC is leading on capital structuring and is also leveraging its established relationships and experience,” the companies said.
