June 2021: Construction begins on the first data center in the Mischii technology park, Dolj County.
April 2022: ClusterPower launches its first data center at the Mischii campus near Craiova; the ~EUR 40M first phase was built in roughly six months.
Jan 5, 2026: Accelerated Infrastructure Capital (AIC) announces an equity partnership with ClusterPower to co-develop an 800MW AI data center region in southwestern Romania, spanning the Mischii campus (MSC1) and a second site in Fauresti (FRS1), ~30km away. ClusterPower contributes secured land, power, an owned on-site substation, and on-site generation; AIC leads capital structuring and brings its data center development experience (AIC was formed in 2023 by co-founders of APAC operator Chayora).

Location: Mischii technology campus (MSC1), Dolj County, ~230km west of Bucharest, on a 25,427 sqm owned site.
Positioning: Nvidia-certified infrastructure targeting AI workloads; first hyperscale-class data center in southeastern Europe.
MSC1 ramp: three incremental build phases, with ready-for-service targets at end of 2026, end of 2027, and end of 2028 / early 2029.
Companion site: FRS1 in Fauresti is planned to add further capacity from 2029.
Power: on-site natural gas trigeneration plant plus an owned on-site substation.
