Keppel-linked European asset management company Aermont is to acquire Spanish data center operator Nabiax. Asterion Industrial Partners this week announced an agreement to sell Nabiax to a fund managed by Aermont. The transaction includes the sale of Telefónica's 20 percent stake in the company.
