First planned building at Yondr's Lancaster campus, on the 29-acre west tract at 801 E. Belt Line Road. Yondr's concept plan shows a two-hall building of about 300,000 sq ft. Construction has not started.

The three-story facility, being built on a 4.5-acre plot, will feature closed-loop cooling technology. The project is expected to be ready for service by mid-2026.

This facility is part of Yondr's London Slough Campus.

Yondr’s Slough 3 data center is the third facility on the company’s London campus, expanding its hyperscale presence on a former industrial site in one of the UK’s main data center markets.

Yondr Group's Project Allegro South Campus is located in Loudoun County, Virginia. The company started construction on the facility in 2022, and the first phase became operational in 2024.

Yondr Group's Bristow Data Center Campus is located at 12981 Rollins Ford Rd, Bristow. The two-building campus is set to deliver critical cloud capacity in one of the world’s largest data center markets.
